Crystal’s passion lies in helping bridge the gap in accessing timely mental health support. She works with children and youth, couples, and individuals of all backgrounds—supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, conflict resolution, life transitions, grief, loss, and more. Crystal offers in person sessions in Campbell River, as well as virtual sessions Canada wide.

With a strong belief in a person-centred approach, Crystal honours each client’s unique story and inner wisdom. She believes that with the right support, validation, and guidance, every person has the capacity to heal and thrive
